I would like to tell you about our company, but before I do I would like to tell you a bit about myself. In doing so I hope you will get a sense of what our company is all about.
My name is Them Kjar, its Danish and my name is pronounced Tem Care. I'm proud of my Scandinavian heritage therefore the company name reflects that.

After a logging accident I joined The Operating Engineers Local 701
apprenticeship program in 1995 and have worked steady operating all types heavy equipment to this day.
I have worked on many projects over the years; some you have driven over,
under, or next to at one point. Truthfully some of the smallest jobs were the
most rewarding.
My goal is for you and every one I do business with to feel confident that they hired the right
team for the job. My 29+plus years of experience, our honesty and integrity, and customer satisfaction set us apart from others.

Our Equipment is well maintained, great running equipment. This helps keep
our over head down, and in turn passes on the saving to you.
Our 635 LeeBoy Motor Grader is the perfect machine for grading driveways, parking lots, and any thing else a large grader can do.

Our 635 LeeBoy Motor Grader is the perfect machine for grading driveways, parking lots, and any thing else a large grader can do.
It's also the ideal size to fit in those small places a large machine can't.
Our Mini Excavator is a PC50 Komatsu. Komatsu are a very well built, reliable piece of equipment.
We prefer to have to right tool for the job.
On occasion we will rent a piece of equipment for specific task as needed for a job.
